Murali Barathi

Murali is the Director, Exit Planning Practice at LINK Silicon Valley. He has extensive experience in strategizing and leading organizations for change and growth. He revels in helping start-ups and mid-market companies uncover opportunities, de-risk the business, identify  the right buyers, structure the deal and maximize the sale proceeds.Along this journey he also helps the business owners prepare and transition seamlessly to the next act in their life.

Murali founded a VR gaming company and expanded the franchise network to 18 locations. He has also led many cycles of business transformation initiatives for Silicon Valley companies.

He is an astute observer of wide range of industry trends, economic opportunities and global affairs. He has an Engineering Degree and  a Masters in International Relations from Tufts University.He is a CEPA certified Exit Planning advisor.
