Georges is an accomplished M&A advisor with an entrepreneurial spirit, whose expertise in orchestrating strategic mergers and acquisitions has been honed through a successful career in the technology and HLS sectors. His foundational experience in launching, scaling, and exiting a successful global software company, combined with driving expansions for major corporations like Hewlett Packard and Perot Systems, solidifies his expertise in navigating complex transactions.

Beyond his hands-on experience, he holds a specialized certificate in Mergers and Acquisitions from the London Business School and has served as an advisor to private equity companies, guiding their acquisition strategies and decisions by leveraging his comprehensive skill set in general management, finance, operations, sales, marketing, and technology products and services.

In addition to advising on strategic and complex M&A transactions, he continues to be active in the startup landscape as a venture builder and investor, bringing innovative ideas to fruition and nurturing the next generation of groundbreaking enterprises.

Roland has a diverse background as an experienced business leader and entrepreneur. He successfully invested in the development of residential real estate projects in Larin America. Prior to this he oversaw and greatly contributed to the rapid growth of an upscale Landscaping firm in Belgium.

Nish is a seasoned business leader having worked in diverse companies ranging from early stage technology start-ups to Fortune 1 company, Walmart. His experience includes engineering, product management and business development. He has been part of multiple M&A deals and responsible for defining business strategy in M&A deals. He is extremely sharp and has the ability to quickly transition from industry to another.

Nish holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Electrical Engineering along with an MBA degree from the University of California, Berkeley. He is extremely passionate about what he does and always wants what is best for his customers.

Hari Titan has Nearly 20 years of experience in customer profiling, risk modeling, and data analytics for major financial institutions. Developed models to analyze risk across products including credit cards, home equity lines, business loans, insurance premiums, and more.  Built risk models for Wells Fargo, GeoVera Holdings, Gap Inc, Bank of America, Providian Financial, and other clients through HNC Software (now FICO).  Inventor on a patent for generating explainable scores and reason codes to support neural network models. This technology was used in the Fair Isaac Falcon(TM) credit card fraud system as well as other risk management products.

He has many years of consulting experience, reporting to many C-level executives, and has experience working at small startups, many of which later got acquired.

He also has degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Canada.

Raj is a Principal at LINK Silicon Valley and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor(CEPA). His passion for business strategy, finance and capital markets inspired him to join Link USA and start a new office in the San Francisco Bay Area. He loves to work with entrepreneurs and enjoys business valuation, marketing and negotiation. His goal is to identify and create win-win opportunities for his clients using his expertise both as an entrepreneur and an experienced leader in corporate world. His intellectual curiosity has helped Raj develop a comprehensive understanding of the business market landscape and trends in wide range of industries – technology, healthcare, finance and retail.

In 2019, Raj was awarded Chairman’s Club, a highest honor at LINK for top deal closings. Raj achieved this milestone by negotiating complex deals that required business, financial, personal and expertise.

Prior to LINK,  Raj held leadership positions in Fortune-500 companies such as Xerox and McKesson. Raj has also founded a technology startup of his own in the Bay area. Currently Raj also runs a successful basketball league in Tri-Valley. He has an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business with a focus on entrepreneurship and marketing.
